Every question you send to Zorlya becomes a ticket with a reference that starts with ZT, a status and a thread. Open one from the contact page or from the app, confirm your email if you were not signed in, and follow the replies by email or in the app.
Open a ticket
- Without an account, open the contact page. Give a name and an email address, say whether you are a job seeker, a company or neither, pick a topic, write a subject and a message, and attach files if you want. You do not choose a priority.
- From the job seeker app, open Support in the sidebar and select New ticket. You are signed in, so your address is known. The ticket carries your account email, your plan and the page you came from. It never carries your resume or your applications.
- From the hiring app, use the same screens. Do not put candidate names in a ticket.
Attachments can be PNG, JPEG or PDF, up to 10 MB each and 5 for each message.
Confirm your email
If you were not signed in, we email you a link to confirm the address. The ticket stays hidden from our team until you select the link. It works once and expires after 24 hours. If it did not arrive or has expired, the page it opens has a resend button. A ticket nobody confirms is deleted after 7 days.
Follow the ticket
You see three statuses:
- Open: we have it or are working on it.
- Waiting for you: we asked you something.
- Solved: we think it is answered.
Replies come from support@zorlya.com with the reference in the subject. Answer by email, or read the thread in the app. An emailed reply joins the ticket only when it comes from the address that opened it. If a ticket waits on you for 3 days, you get one reminder.
Solve, reopen and rate
- Select Mark as solved when you have your answer.
- To reopen a solved ticket, reply to it or select Reopen. You have 14 days. After that the ticket is closed, which does not delete it, and you open a new one.
- Rate the answer from 1 to 5 and add a comment. You can rate once.
What we keep
Tickets are kept for as long as the service runs and are not removed when you delete your account. To have one deleted, write to privacy@zorlya.com from the address on the ticket. The privacy policy has the details. For more on how tickets work, read Get help from Zorlya.
