Open Plans in the menu to see your plan and your usage, compare Free, Plus and Pro, and upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Free needs no card. What Plus and Pro include and what they cost are on the pricing page.
See your plan and usage
- Open Plans in the menu. Old links to Settings, Plan and billing come here too.
- Your plan names the plan you are on.
- Below it, This month shows how much you have used. It covers the writing tools (cover letters, resume tailoring, interview prep, outreach sequences, the resume builder and job analysis), which reset on the 1st at 00:00 UTC, and then the limits that reset sooner or never: resume parses, the daily tools, and what you keep on your account, such as saved jobs.
- Choose a plan (or Switch plan once you pay) lists the plan cards with their limits. The cards show limits, not usage.
When you reach a limit, only that tool pauses until the reset date. Everything else keeps working. A failed generation does not use an allowance, and opening a saved result never counts.
Upgrade
- On Plans, choose Monthly or Annual.
- Select Upgrade to Plus or Upgrade to Pro on the card.
- Read what changes now, at the end of the period and the price, then select Continue to checkout.
- Check the amount in checkout and confirm. Zorlya credits the unused part of a previous payment.
The page then shows “Applying your change”. It can take a minute. You do not need to pay again. If your plan has not changed after a few minutes, write to support@zorlya.com with the email you paid with.
Downgrade, switch to monthly or cancel
- Select the button on the card, or Cancel plan to leave. A short step first says what changes.
- Select Open billing portal. In the portal, change the plan or cancel.
Nothing is charged for a downgrade. You keep your current plan until the period you paid for ends. Saved jobs and skills above a lower limit are kept, and only new saves wait.
What each plan changes
Plans differ in how many letters, tailorings and drafts you can write a month, and in a few features. Connecting an AI client such as Claude needs Pro. The pricing page lists every limit.
