VerificationCloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person. It shows here only if it is needed, and it loads when you choose a file.
What we check

Eight things, all from the text.

  • Readable text. Whether the file holds text we can read.
  • Sections. Summary, experience, education, skills and certifications: which we found and which are missing.
  • Contact details. Email, phone, a link and a location.
  • Length. Words and characters.
  • Dates and gaps. Roles with a date range, and breaks of 12 months or more between roles.
  • Bullets. Bullet lines under each role and the numbers in them.
  • Skills named. Skills from the Zorlya list that your text names.
  • Layout hints. Text that comes out in an order that suggests columns or a table.

What this does not tell you

  • Employers set up their own systems and do not publish them. This check does not show how any employer's system reads your resume.
  • It reads this one file. It does not compare your resume with a job.
  • A skill your resume implies but does not name counts as not named.
  • The score is a guide to how complete and readable the resume is. It is not advice, not a hiring decision and not a prediction.
