A role is often posted on five boards at once, each copy slightly different, and the tools that rank them mostly count keywords in a skills list. A candidate who built the team's rota and cost report in a spreadsheet can be told they do not know Excel, because the word sits in a bullet about the work and not in the list.

The first version read the sources directly, from the boards and the applicant tracking systems employers post to, and kept each role once. It scored every role against the work itself: the experience entries on a resume. Every score came with its reasons, so a number could be checked rather than trusted.

Zorlya is that tool grown into a product, for every country we can reach and every kind of employer.
