How Zorlya takes you from a resume to an application.
Zorlya is an AI job search for job seekers in any country we can reach. You upload a resume. Zorlya reads 130+ sources and scores each role on four parts, plus seniority when a posting states a level. Every score has its reasons. Then you build and tailor your resume, draft a cover letter and prepare for the interview. Matching uses embeddings and rules. A language model only explains and drafts.
Every account is verified by email: enter the code we send you and your account opens.
Upload your resume
PDF, DOCX, DOC, RTF, ODT or plain text, up to 10 MB. It is read into fields: roles, skills, places, dates and the pay you ask for.
Add links if you like
Your profile has a field each for LinkedIn, GitHub, WordPress.org and Facebook, and lists for portfolio and other links. Zorlya reads your public GitHub and WordPress.org work, so skills missing from your resume can still count. The other links are kept for you and are not read.
Roles arrive scored
130+ sources are read on a schedule. The same posting seen on five boards becomes one role, scored against you. Found a role on a site Zorlya does not read? Use Add a job with a link, pasted text or both. It is private to your account.
Read the reasons
Open any match. You see the written reasons for the score and the gap that cost points. Nothing is a black box.
Each role also has an ATS keyword check in the app. It lists the skills the posting asks for that your profile has, and the ones it lacks. It compares keywords. It does not simulate any one ATS, and it does not check the layout of your file. To check a resume on its own, with no job and no account, use the free resume checker.
Apply with a letter that quotes you
Tailor your resume to the role, draft a cover letter from what you actually did and prepare for the interview. Then track every application on one board. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
Example values, not a real score. Your own scores come with their own reasons.
How is one score made?
- Your resumeand a posting
- Four partsscored apart
- Weightedgaps left out
- One scorewith reasons
Four parts, scored apart
Resume fit, Skills match, Salary fit, Location fit are scored separately and shown separately. When a posting states a seniority level, it adds a fifth part.
Weighted, most to least
Resume fit counts most, then skills match, then salary fit, then location fit. Each kind of role carries its own weights.
Missing data is left out
A part with nothing to measure is dropped and its weight is shared among the parts that did measure something. It is never counted as average.
