To sign in to Zorlya Mail, open mail.zorlya.com and enter the mailbox login and password an administrator gave you. Zorlya Mail is the webmail for company addresses at zorlya.com, such as support@ and privacy@. You cannot sign up for it, and a job seeker account does not use it.
Who gets a mailbox
An administrator creates each mailbox in the admin console and gives access to the people who should read it. A mailbox sign-in is a mailbox login and a password. It is separate from a job seeker or employer account.
- Open mail.zorlya.com and enter your mailbox login and password.
- If the screen says you must choose a new password, do so. A new password has at least 14 characters and at most 71 bytes.
- If you enter a wrong password 5 times in a row, the mailbox is locked and the screen shows how long to wait. The wait grows with each further failure, up to 24 hours, and a right password does not end it early. An administrator can.
A wrong login and a wrong password get the same message, so the screen does not reveal which mailboxes exist. If you cannot sign in, check the login for typos, then ask an administrator.
If you lose the password
There is no reset form for a mailbox. Ask an administrator. They either give you a generated password or send a one-time link to a recovery address. The link opens a page where you choose a new password. It works once and expires after 30 minutes. Using it signs the mailbox out everywhere.
Find your way around
The sidebar has Inbox, Starred, Sent, Drafts, Archive, Spam and Trash, and the labels you make. Messages are grouped into threads. Search understands plain words and the operators from:, to:, label:, in:, has:attachment, after: and before:. Press ? to see the keyboard shortcuts.
Remote images in a message are blocked, and links open through a page that shows the real address first. Trash and Spam are emptied after 30 days.
