Candidate trust ## Candidates stay in control, and that is good for you. ### Scores only when shared You see a candidate's fit score only when they chose to share it. ### Evaluations stay internal What your team writes about a candidate is never shown to them. ### Nothing without an apply A resume reaches you only when the person applies to you themselves. Hiring questions ## Short answers. **Do I need a card to sign up?** No. You do not need a card to sign up or to use the Free plan. The Team and Business trials and any paid plan ask for a card or PayPal on the Freemius checkout. Zorlya never sees or stores it. **How does billing work?** You sign in to the company account, choose Team or Business and pay on the Freemius checkout, monthly or annually. The subscription renews at the end of each period at the price shown, until you cancel. **Can I cancel?** Yes, any time, in the Freemius customer portal. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. **What happens when a trial ends?** The 14 day trial on Team and Business needs a card or PayPal to start. When the 14 days end, the first payment is taken automatically. Cancel before that and nothing is charged, and the company returns to Free. A company can start one trial. **Is the price per user or per role?** No. Each plan is one price for the whole company, not per user, per role or per job slot. Team includes 10 seats and unlimited posted roles. Prices are in US dollars. **What counts as a seat?** Each active member of the company account, and each invitation that has been sent and not yet accepted. Revoking an invitation, or letting it expire, frees the seat. Roles synced from an ATS are never counted against the posted roles limit. **Can I switch plans?** Yes. Open the billing page in the app and choose another plan or billing period. Moving to a higher plan applies at once, and Freemius works out the difference. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. **What happens after I pay?** You return to the app, which waits for Freemius to confirm the payment and shows "Confirming your payment". A few seconds later the plan is active, with its renewal date and a link to the customer portal. A receipt arrives by email. **Can I get a refund?** Refunds are handled by Freemius under its refund policy, which you see at checkout. Section 9 of our [terms](https://zorlya.com/terms#t9) explains how billing and refunds fit together. **How do invoices and tax work?** Freemius is the seller of record. It charges any sales tax or VAT due, emails the receipt and invoice after each payment, and keeps them in the customer portal. Prices on this page are in US dollars, before tax. **How do I remove my company data?** Roles, applicants and messages can be deleted in the hiring app. To close the company account and remove everything, use the account settings in the hiring app, or write to the privacy address on the [privacy page](https://zorlya.com/privacy).
