Open **Settings**, then **Privacy** to download everything your account holds as one JSON file, or to delete the account. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also ask by email at privacy@zorlya.com.

## Export your data

1. Open **Settings**, then **Privacy**.
2. Under **Your data**, find **Export my data**.
3. Select **Download my data**.

The file holds your account, profile, resume text, applications, notes, cover letters, outreach, notifications, saved private jobs and settings. Passwords, tokens and embeddings are left out.

## Delete your account

1. Open **Settings**, then **Privacy**.
2. Under **Delete my account**, select **Delete account**.
3. Enter your password and select **Delete my account**.

Zorlya removes your profile, resume files, embeddings, letters, applications, notes, settings and AI client tokens in one step and signs you out. Nothing can be recovered. Export first if you want a copy.

Support tickets are kept after deletion. To have them removed, write to privacy@zorlya.com from the address on the ticket.

## Delete one thing

Applications, cover letters, outreach drafts, saved jobs, stored resume files and connected AI clients can each be deleted where they are listed.

## If it fails

- **Your account has no password.** If you signed up with Google or GitHub, use **Forgot password** on the sign in page to set one, then delete.
- **Wrong password.** The page says so and keeps the account.
- **You prefer email.** Write to privacy@zorlya.com from the account's address. Each request is done within 30 days.

The [privacy policy](/privacy) lists what Zorlya stores and for how long.
