What you get

## Side by side.

| What you get | Zorlya | Jobright |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Where jobs come from | **130+ sources** Public boards and applicant tracking systems, read in the app after sign in | Its home page claims 8,000,000+ jobs and 400,000+ new ones today, and does not say where they come from. A blog post dated June 18, 2025 says listings are aggregated from LinkedIn, Indeed and company career pages, among others.[Source](https://jobright.ai/blog/is-jobright-legit/) |
| Fit scoring | **Scored against your resume** 4 dimensions, each with its evidence | A Match Score estimates how closely your background fits a role, using your resume (experience, skills, seniority, industry) and your profile (target role, location, remote preference, job type, salary range). The page says it goes beyond title matching. No formula or scale is published.[Source](https://jobright.ai/ai-job-match) |
| Score explanation | YesGives the reasons for each score | Yes, through Orion, which reviews relevant experience, seniority, skills, potential gaps and job highlights for a match. An Insights Dashboard shows alignment across skills, industry, seniority and years of experience.[Source](https://jobright.ai/ai-job-match) |
| Cover letters | YesDrafted from matched experience | You upload a resume, pick a job and ask Orion in chat to write a cover letter for it, then refine the draft in the same chat. The page promotes it as free and states no limits.[Source](https://jobright.ai/tools/cover-letter-generator) |
| Application tracking | YesKanban pipeline | Jobs you apply to through Jobright are saved automatically with the statuses Applied, Interviewing, Offer Received, Rejected and Archived. Outside jobs can be uploaded and parsed.[Source](https://jobright.ai/tools/job-tracker) |

| Price | Free, Plus $9/month, Pro $19/month. [Pricing](https://zorlya.com/pricing) | No seeker price is published on the pages we could read. Its /pricing address returned a 404, and the Pricing link on its home page goes to an employer page. Its terms say the price, billing period and currency are shown at checkout, with weekly, monthly, quarterly or six month periods possible. Its own blog posts give conflicting monthly figures, so no price is quoted here.[Source](https://jobright.ai/legal/service) |

Every Jobright cell links to the page the fact was read from. Where its site is silent, the cell says so.

## How this was checked

Read on 2026-10-17 from jobright.ai, its feature pages, its privacy policy and terms, and two of its own blog posts dated June and July 2025. Its /pricing address returned a 404 and no seeker price page was found. Several FAQ answers on its pages did not come through in the text we could read. Its refund policy page was not read. Success figures on its site are its own claims. Checked 17 October 2026. Corrections go to the [Contact page](https://zorlya.com/contact).

### Where Jobright’s own pages disagree

- Jobright’s own blog posts give different monthly prices for its paid plan: $30 in a June 2025 post, and $29.99 and $19.99 inside one July 2025 post. We could not confirm any of them from a pricing page.
- Its resume builder page says 5 hours saved per job in a headline figure and about 2 hours per application in the body.

Questions

## Short answers.

**Can I use both?**

Yes, though both search for roles. A common split is to let Zorlya rank the sources it names and read the reasons, and use Jobright if you want an agent to send applications.

**Does Zorlya apply to jobs for me?**

No. It scores, explains and drafts. You decide and you apply.

**Can I move my applications over?**

There is no import today. A card on the Zorlya board belongs to a job in the Zorlya feed, so applications are added from there, by hand or by asking your MCP client to call track_application.
