## In their own words, shortened

A verified hiring network based in Canada, not a hiring agency. Candidates submit evidence of their work, a person reviews it before the profile goes live, and recruiters pay to unlock a candidate’s direct contact.

More detail

## The rest of the picture.

| What you get | Zorlya | FindFit |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Browser extension and autofill | No. You apply on the employer’s own page. A browser extension is planned and in development, and it is not released. | Not stated on its site.[Source](https://www.findfit.ca/) |
| Applies for you | No. It scores, explains and drafts. You decide and you apply. | Not stated on its site.[Source](https://www.findfit.ca/) |
| Resume tools | Resume upload and parsing, an in-app keyword check against one posting, resume tailoring to a job, and a resume builder with PDF. | Instead of a parsed resume, candidates submit evidence of their work (portfolios, work samples, credentials, references), and its team reviews each submission before the profile enters search.[Source](https://www.findfit.ca/) |
| Interview prep | Interview prep for a job. | Not stated on its site.[Source](https://www.findfit.ca/) |
| LinkedIn tools | No LinkedIn profile tool. | No LinkedIn tool is stated. Its FAQ contrasts itself with LinkedIn, which it says shows polished resumes, and with job boards that use automated resume filters.[Source](https://www.findfit.ca/) |
| Mobile | A web app that works on a phone. No separate phone app is released. | Not stated on its site.[Source](https://www.findfit.ca/) |
| Free plan | The job feed, match scores with their reasons, saved jobs (up to a limit) and the tracker are free. | Building a verified profile is free for candidates. Recruiters can search and browse verified profiles for free and pay to unlock contact details.[Source](https://www.findfit.ca/#pricing) |
| Your data | Your resume feeds your scores. An employer sees it only if you apply to its role or opt in to the talent pool. | Its policy, last updated September 8, 2026, is written under Canada’s PIPEDA and names Vancouver, British Columbia. It says it does not sell, rent or lease personal information and that candidate profiles are hidden from public web search engines. Candidate data is used to facilitate discovery by verified recruiters. Some service providers are outside Canada, mainly in the United States.[Source](https://www.findfit.ca/privacy) |

Choose FindFit if

- You want to be found by recruiters without resume keyword filters, in any field and not only tech [Source](https://www.findfit.ca/)
- You are an employer who wants a flat monthly fee with no percentages or per-hire commissions [Source](https://www.findfit.ca/)

## Worth knowing about FindFit

- Employers find you. It does not describe a way for you to search roles from many sources and score them against your resume. [Source](https://www.findfit.ca/)
- The recruiter plans are listed as "Apply for Pilot", and a self-serve signup is not shown. [Source](https://www.findfit.ca/#pricing)
- Its candidate FAQ page is a placeholder with no questions on it. [Source](https://www.findfit.ca/candidate/faq)

## How this was checked

Read on 2026-10-26 from findfit.ca after its robots.txt: the home page with its pricing section and FAQ, the privacy policy and the candidate FAQ page. Four requests in all. The home page shows small counters for candidates, roles and employers, and they are left out because they may be animated. Its terms and about pages were not read. Prices change, so check the tool’s own page before you buy. Checked 26 October 2026. Corrections go to the [Contact page](https://zorlya.com/contact).

### Where FindFit’s own pages disagree

- Its pricing section says candidates pay $19.99 CAD once after a recruiter reaches out. Its FAQ answer says candidates "never pay anything".
- Its candidate FAQ page is a placeholder, so the FAQ on the home page is the only candidate FAQ it publishes.

Questions

## Short answers.

**Can I use both?**

Yes. FindFit puts a reviewed profile in front of recruiters who then contact you. Zorlya brings roles to you and scores them against your resume. Neither needs the other.

**Does Zorlya apply to jobs for me?**

No. It scores, explains and drafts. You decide and you apply.

**Can I move my applications over?**

There is no import today. A card on the Zorlya board belongs to a job in the Zorlya feed, so applications are added from there, by hand or by asking your MCP client to call track_application.
